Frequently asked questions.
How do I get a quote?
Send a description, your city or postal-code prefix and a few photos if you have them. We will review the job, ask any follow-up questions and discuss a written scope and estimate. Some work needs a site assessment before pricing can be confirmed.
Who supplies the materials?
Either arrangement can be discussed. Tell us if you already have materials or would like them included in the estimate. Product choices, quantities, delivery and costs should be agreed before work starts.
Is my job too small?
Small repairs and maintenance are welcome to discuss. Send the details, even if you have a few different jobs. We will confirm whether the scope, location and scheduling are a suitable fit.
Can you take away the waste?
Disposal can be included where suitable. Share the types and amounts of waste so handling, accepted items and disposal costs can be agreed upfront. Hazardous materials require appropriate specialists.
How does scheduling work?
Include your preferred timing and any access constraints. A requested date is not a booking; we will confirm availability and agree a date once the scope is settled. Outdoor work may depend on weather and site conditions.
What photos should I send?
A wide view of the space and close-ups of the issue are useful, along with rough measurements. Avoid showing people, identity documents or valuables. Upload up to five JPEG, PNG or WebP photos, each up to 5 MB.
